Brooke LaNasa has been the Director of Contemporary Worship at St. John since July of 2020.
Brooke grew up in York, PA, and attended Central York High School. She graduated in 2020 from Messiah College (now University) with a Bachelor of Arts in Music and Worship.
Brooke has always loved music and spent her childhood and adolescence in every choir she could find, including the York County Honors Choirs, and the various choirs at the Lutheran church she grew up in. In college, she was part of the Worship Community Core Leaders, Messiah’s Handbell Choir, and the gospel choir “United Voices of Praise.” She is eager to learn more about the community at St. John and serve Christ’s body musically in any way she can.
In her free time, Brooke enjoys any outdoor activity, socializing with friends, crafting, and spending time with her bearded dragon, Cera.
